Develop your padel game with other players. PDL´’s group training is available for all levels, from beginners to professionals. Our coaches have a predetermined plan for each level around what will go through. It can be anything from basic to kick-smash, it all depends on the group’s conditions.

Group training varies in length, sometimes there are shorter periods with 3 sessions in a week or once a week for 5 weeks and some can be up to an entire semester. If our group trainings are fully booked, you can register your interest and we will contact you as soon as a new group starts.

Beginner group: Suitable for those who have never played padel or only tried a couple of times. For our beginner groups, the goal is to get clarity in basics (forehand & backhand), technique, positioning on the course and the lobby. We also learn how to go from defense to taking over the net, attack. In addition to training on the specific types, we also practice match play to be able to use all knowledge in practice. In all our centers there are rackets for rent, so all you need are training clothes and a pair of shoues. The goal is for you to reach level 3-4 at the end of the course.

Average course: Suitable for you who have played padel for a while and know the basics and now want to develop your game. We will practice even more on the basics and but add a little more advanced strokes and how to defend the corners. We do this by practicing the specific battles interspersed with match play where we also practice defense and attack. Also tactics about how you and your paddle partner should position yourself. The goal is for you to reach level 5-6 at the end of the course
